We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and person-centered Care Assistants to join us in working at Sydney Brown Court, Hadleigh, Suffolk.
The Role
Our Care Assistants support our customers with all aspects of their day-to-day living, including personal care.
You will enable our customers to maintain their dignity and independence and lead fulfilling lives.
As an Orwell Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in the lives of our tenants, supporting them with everything they need to do to live well.You will work mostly alone in someone's home but will be part of a care team for the benefit and wellbeing of all the tenants who live at the service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- providing personal care
- administration and storage of medication
- Housekeeping
- Social and physical activities
