Salary GBP17,199. 45 hours per week. Any Monday - Saturday

We are currently recruiting a talented and results driven Distribution Administrator for our Distribution Centre in Tamworth, on an initial fixed term contract for 6 months.

There is a requirement for a skilled individual to work alongside the current Management & Admin team and continue to deliver the high levels of results the department has been achieving

The role:
The Distribution Administrator will keep our network running - they not only love to find solutions, but they ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promises to our customers and exceed expectations whilst working together as one team and ensure our operation is H&S compliant at all times. You'll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we're sure you'll have some fun along the way!
The role includes:

• Book in and de-brief drivers daily
• Recording figures for the weekly distribution analysis
• Cash handling and security and safety procedures
• Monitoring data identification of tacho's.
• Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
• Verification of documents, checking numerical accuracy, and maintaining accurate complete and legible records.
• Investigation of discrepancies.
• Responsible for dealing with customer collections.
• Control and monitoring of cancelled and returned orders.
• Maintenance of customer accounts records and reconcile/verify all cash/cheque payments.
• Maintenance and input of information onto SAP
• Inputting WDA data onto computer system.
• Tachograph audits inputting data onto computerised database.
• Printing of documents.
• Working alongside fleet team to maintain vehicle file records

You'll have:
• Good overall IT skills
• Customer focused
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to challenge Drivers as part of Debrief process
• Good numeracy skills as dealing with larger sums of money from customers
• Empowers individuals to act on customer feedback and insight
• Previous Distribution admin experience
