A Property Management Company are seeking a Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis to start immediately with the potential to then become a permanent position.
As a Housing Officer, your key duties will be:
• Visiting properties and tenants to carry out inspections and audits.
As a Homes Officer, you will also have:
• Experience of working directly with tenants and other customers.
• Experience of working with external agencies
The successful Housing Officer will be immediately available and understand the need to communicate clearly with residents with the ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

As a Housing Officer, your key duties will be:
• Visiting properties and tenants to carry out inspections and audits.
- Liaising with management agencies.
- Reporting on inspections conducted and analysing processes required moving forward for improvement.
As a Homes Officer, you will also have:
- Access to their own vehicle and a full clean driving license (mileage shall be reimbursed)
• Experience of working directly with tenants and other customers.
• Experience of working with external agencies
- The ability to work independently and be extremely organised.
The successful Housing Officer will be immediately available and understand the need to communicate clearly with residents with the ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
