IT Operations Manager

Requirement:
You will implement secure LAN, WAN, and VoIP policies and procedures. You will remotely manage 2 teams (Technical Service Desk and Technical Operations) and provide direction for these functions. You will also be responsible for the purchasing of hardware and software equipment and track appropriate budgets. Job Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the overall infrastructure (Data and VoIP)
- Define and implement LAN, WAN, and VoIP policies and procedures along with manage network security Manage and control Cloud tooling (Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki)
- Remotely manage the Technical Service Desk and Technical Operations teams in India Implement SLA's and KPI's for the above teams Purchase equipment and monitor budget spends for both hardware and software
- Manage the implementation of POS systems across the UK (hands-on or through 1 direct report)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience of Cloud Management tools including Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki
- Previous experience of setting up a network and Wi-Fi services from scratch (i.e. call centre network over VoIP as well as LAN/WAN for users)
