We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies.
You will be supporting individuals 1:1 and 2:1, throughout the day. Following a structured daily planner, you will provide support with:- medication administration, personal care, long walks taking up to 1-2 hours, in all weathers. A good level of fitness is required for this role as the individual we support has interests in physical games and sports.
Service users are supported 1:1 and 2:1 throughout the day. Staff are required to support service users to complete a structured daily planner. This can include:-support in personal care, support to take medication, to be physically fit to support services users to walk in all weathers for the period of an hour to an hour and a half. To be able to take part in physical games.
Across all services, the individuals we support have autism, learning disabilities and at times can display very challenging behaviour, therefore you must have the ability to follow detailed support plans in order to ensure a consistent approach.

Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.
A PVG is required for this role.
