We are currently recruiting a Production Team Leader to join an ambitious and growing manufacturing business based in Tamworth.
Our client due to growth are recruiting an experienced Production Team Leader with proven experience within a manufacturing environment.
The Role is offered on a permanent Night Shift Sunday PM - Friday AM
As the Production Team Leader, you will have the following duties:
* Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards
* Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
* Ensure achievement of production throughput against stated capacity target
* Ensure full adherence to 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices at all times
* Ensure all records are completed appropriately
* Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation
We are seeking a positive, hardworking & passionate Production Team Leader with ambitions to progress within a growing business.
The successful Production Team Leader can expect a starting salary of GBP25,349 + Benefits.
