Could you work well as part of a busy, but friendly and supportive team, to deal with all aspects of tenancy and estate management, ensuring all performance targets and quality standards are met? This role will involve engaging with tenants at home, by telephone or in writing to make sure that they understand tenancy conditions, as well as resolving issues and maintaining high standards of estate management.

Our ideal candidate would have experience of Housing Management and be innovative, organised and enthusiastic. We need a clear and effective communicator (both verbally and in writing) who will tackle issues when they arise and work effectively to resolve them. Excellent negotiation and investigative skills are essential, together with the ability to deal with people sympathetically yet assertively. You will show a willingness to form effective working relationships with other agencies and be able to work well under pressure in order to solve complex problems.

A good, basic knowledge of Housing Law and previous experience of dealing with people in stressful situations, preferably in a public sector-housing environment, would be highly advantageous.
