Senior Neighbourhood Manager
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Neighbourhood Manager to lead, motivate and inspire colleagues and others to transform the way we work in neighbourhoods.
At the heart of our vision for neighbourly places and leading our strategy to become a neighbourhood based decision making organisation that has a genuine partnership with residents, you will ensure customers are at the heart of Connect influencing whilst shaping strategy, policy and service delivery.
About you
We're looking for someone with considerable experience in asset based community development and strong interpersonal and networking skills. Bringing energy and passion to everything you do, you will have excellent leadership qualities
With extensive knowledge and experience of community development/community engagement and housing at a senior level (or with degree level or equivalent qualification), you'll have significant experience working with diverse customers and communities, and purposeful, collaborative work with others including with external organisations and local authorities.
As a member of Connect's senior management group you have a key leadership role in the organisation and will work collaboratively with other managers on linked strategies e.g. customer care and health, wellbeing and support.
