PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Our client offers a dynamic and challenging environment with a mix of manufacturing, sales, administrative and logistics opportunities. As a primarily Business-to-Business (B2B) operation focused on the packaging market in the UK, they are always looking for the right people to add their close-knit team.
Based at their Salisbury site, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you will be an integral part to their continued expansion. This is a permanent role working full time 40 hours a week.
The Role
The production department ensures that goods and services are produced efficiently; that they are of the right quality, quantity, and cost; and that they are produced on time, to the satisfaction of the customer.
- General assembly duties

- Able to operate factory machinery (desired)
Essential Skills
- This is a physically demanding role
- Manual dexterity
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Able to work alone and as part of a team and be well motivated
- Must be 18 in order to operate machinery
Qualifications / Experience / Skill Set
Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
