Position: Workshop Supervisor (Automotive / Transport Industry)
Salary: GBP41,600 - GBP46,000 per annum
Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday
Location: Swindon
Overtime: Optional & Available
My client, a well-established commercial vehicle fleet maintainer is actively seeking to add a fully skilled, experienced and qualified Workshop Supervisor to their team at their depot in the Swindon area.
Workshop Supervisor key attributes:
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
• Car Driving licence
Workshop Supervisor general duties:
• Running defects
• Vehicle inspections
• Liaise with the Workshop Manager
• Assisting with the training of staff and apprentices
• Action disciplinaries and staff meetings
• Ensure work is carried out to statutory regulations
• Completion of all required paperwork
