Lecturer/Assessor – Accountancy
Salary: £22,034 - £28,459* plus Market Forces Supplement of £4,000 per annum (pro-rated based on teaching hours) and excellent staff benefits
Hours: 37 per week/ 1.0FTE
Contract Type: Permanent
*salary progression beyond £25,671 is subject to having a relevant teaching qualification and timetabled classroom teaching
We currently have nearly 200 apprentices at Exeter College across Accountancy programmes and we now have an exciting opportunity to train and assess these students in the workplace.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of assessing and supporting on Accountancy programmes. Experience of teaching, working with apprenticeship standards and AAT or other professional qualifications would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will be joining Exeter College’s Professional and Adult Learning faculty, which is proactive in working with employers and the local community to deliver outstanding teaching, training and assessment. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, a good communicator and able to deliver an outstanding learning experience and training to support success and career progression.
