Facilities Manager (Area Manager)

We are seeking an Area Manager to work within a Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will need to extensive building management experience, be a decision maker and be able to manage a small team of allocated staff. The role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the corporate building portfolio.
We are looking for a person with good communication skills who can;
• Ensure the continuity in the provision of an exceptional service to clients
• Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.
