Acorn Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their manufacturing client, based in Thornbury South Gloucestershire.
The salary for this position is GBP17,000 to GBP18,500 pa.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Log into department hunt group and receive inbound calls
* Place telephone orders onto the AS400
* Provide regular updates to customers
* Resolve queries
* Expedite urgent orders
* Order point of sale
* Resolve technical issues using help desk function if necessary
* Contact account managers with any account related issues
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ROLE
Essential:
* Customer focused with excellent telephone manner
* Excellent PC and administration skills
* Good communication skills - confident and clear Telephone communication
* Attention to detail
* Previous experience of having worked in a Customer services environment.
