Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be representing our client based in Saffron Waldron who work within the M&E service industry. Our client is currently recruiting for a Call Handler to work int heir customer service department to act as the first point of call when a customer calls into the business.
The successful applicant will have fantastic customer service skills and be proficient with Exel and other computer systems.
To be considered for this role you must have 2+ years' experience working within a similar role
This role will be on a 12 week temp to perm basis
Package:
* Hourly rate - Upto GBP10PH
* Full time & Part time available
Responsibilities
* To provide a call handling service and associated administration duties.
* To take telephone calls from Customers in a professional and courteous manner
* To record all essential information accurately
* Identify callers requiring an immediate response and refer to appropriate department
* Maintaining confidentiality at all times
* To ensure that at the end of shift working areas are left clean and tidy To perform any other relevant duties that may be dictated by the changing needs of the service

Skills
* Two years' experience within a similar call handling environment
* Strong Customer Service experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive approach
* Ability to work with multiple systems
* Excellent literary
