The Role - Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Following up on warm leads generated from the consumer
Conducting professional FCA regulated Advice in relation to Whole of Market
Performing a full fact find in relation to income, affordability and expenditure
Advising within FCA regulated guidelines
Dealing with initial enquiry through to full completion to the secured loan
Liaising with various departments and passing referrals onto the relevant departments
Working towards KPI's and targets
Offering high level customer service and regulated Advice
Skills - Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Experience working towards FCA regulated Sales targets
Experience within a call centre environment, following up on leads with a proven track record of closing Sales
CeMAP qualification would be a huge advantage but not essential
Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry
Self-motivated upbeat personality with proven longevity throughout your career to date
GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate who's looking to become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to build a career within a Mortgage Brokerage. Basic wage of GBP25,500 once completion of CeMAP qualified and probation passed, OTE GBP40,000 year 1. Basic wage to potentially increase to GBP35,000 based on performance.
