Interaction Recruitment are looking for Site Operatives to work for one of the UK's leading waste management companies, across various Household Waste Sites based in the South Yorkshire area. You will be required to work at more than 1 site during a week so access to your own transport would be beneficial.

General duties will include:

-Traffic Management duties

-Assisting members of the public disposing of their waste in the allocated areas

-Keeping the site clean and tidy

-Adhering to strict Health and Safety protocols

-Assisting the public with any general enquiries

Ideal candidates will be hard working with a 'can do' attitude, willing to work outdoors in all weather, be friendly and approachable to members of the public, have good communication skills and be flexible in their approach to work.

The successful candidates will work on a rota system covering multiple sites across 7 days. Therefore, you must be willing and able to work some weekends. Shift times will vary depending on sites worked, Barnsley - 9am to 4pm, Rotherham - 10am to 4.30pm and Doncaster - 9.30am to 5pm. Pay Rates start at GBP8.72p/hr across all shifts for the first 12 weeks. After 12 weeks Saturdays are paid at GBP10.22p/hr and Sundays at GBP13.72p/hr.
