Role - French Speaking Customer Service - Part time 3 days per week
Location - Manchester

Salary - GBP12,000
Our Client, a modern and growing business are looking to add to their Team with a driven / capable individual.
The role will be working 3 full days per week (can be negotiated)
You MUST BE fluent in speaking French - the client is ideally looking for a native French candidate as you will be liaising daily with the team / office in France so there can be no communication barriers!
Responsibilities:
- Updating the Company website
- Ensuring wording is correct once it's been translated from English to French
- Reviewing new product details before they are processed onto the website
- Competitor analysis - looking into new products
- Acting as a point of Contact for Customers / Suppliers
- Taking telephone calls / dealing with emails
The Person:
- Fluent French speaking at business level is essential
- Be capable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- The ability to work towards strict deadlines
