Accounts Payable Assistant
Helston
GBP18000 -GBP21000 Temporary Position
Our client who is an established Helston based business is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant, to join there small and friendly team on a temporary basis. You will have complete responsibility for purchase ledger, so will need some experience and be keen to join a close knit team which runs a dynamic online business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Entering invoices, and receiving sign off
- Sending remittances to suppliers
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with any supplier queries
- Arranging payments on weekly and monthly basis as agreed
- Clearing aged debt
- Reporting on the ledger
Accounts payable experience is necessary and you will need to be immediately available.
There are good transport links available to the location, and free on site parking, this is an easily commutable position in a really lovely company.
