Telesales - New Customer Advisor
Tamworth
GBP17,713 plus a quarterly Bonus up to GBP625 per quarter.

We are currently recruiting a talented and results driven New Customer Advisor to join our busy contact centre team in Tamworth.
The role:
If you thrive working in a hive of activity, love the buzz of knowing that every call means a sale and enjoy enhancing the customer experience, then you'll love working as a Brakes Reactivation Advisor. They're the people who make it happen for our customers - ensuring that every customer is happy with what we can offer, and ensuring they are getting the most from Brakes, whilst upselling products that will enhance the customer experience. You'll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we're sure you'll have some fun along the way!
- Building rapport and relationships with customers to gain a full understanding of their menu offerings and requirements
- Up-selling and cross-selling other products to ensure that the Customer has the best insight of all products on the market
- To reactivate lapsed customers
- Re-establish consistent buying behaviour
- Convert single purchase customers into loyal repeat customers
- Develop sound knowledge of customer's needs, competitor activity and products.
- Liaise with ASM/AM as required
- Identify new opportunities to achieve sales
- Liaise with ASM/AM to support with nurturing and retaining customer
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- To work effectively with other individuals and teams and achieve company objective
- Accurate completion of administration
- Validating new customer leads from initial contact through to first order
You:

Required skills and competencies:
- A strong attention to detail
- Great relationship building skills - communication is key
- Be able to think quickly on your feet, enabling the best outcome for all customers
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience - telesales, retail or call centre
- Exhibits attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Understanding of sales reporting and margin calculations
