As a Customer Service Assistant your day will begin and end at our offices and during the day you and your team will be tasked with with acquiring new customers for our client through face to face personalised presentations at either events throughout the community or via a tailored residential or B2B campaign.

You will trained by market leading professionals in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Planning, PR, HR, Sales Forecasting and Budget Planning. You will be confident in handling all customer queries, deliver exceptional customer service and pride yourself in your professional yet personable approach. You will be trained to always leave a prospective customer on a high and to leave them better than you found them with enough knowledge and awareness of our client for our client to convert them or you will take details directly from them providing the full service and delivering customers instantly.

Your experience in increasing our client's market share and raising their profile will become second to none.

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer facing environments or telesales is beneficial
