Management Information Assistant
Contract: Fixed Term (6 Months)
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic Centre and other locations from time to time

The Post
This post will provide support to the Oracle Control and Management Information Team helping to maintain hierarchies and master Oracle data such as positions, organisations, approvals and HR Related data. A key element of the job will be to extract and analyse information quickly and accurately and responding effectively to customer queries and requests. The team will be fast paced and will work collaboratively with colleagues from other areas of the council.
The Person
The successful candidate will have knowledge of relevant systems and software used in Finance and Human Resources. Ideally you will have some experience with maintaining master data, producing reports and manipulating data to produce meaningful information. You should be highly organised, a team player and have the ability to manage prioritise and respond to high volumes of queries and requests for advice in a calm and organised manner.
