Residential Conveyancer is required by a friendly and innovative Multi-service Law Firm based in Birkenhead.
You will be a Residential Conveyancer with 2 years' experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer looking for personal and career growth opportunities; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of Conveyancing.
- Undertake the 'Title Check' on purchase transactions.
- Work with and under the supervision of a Conveyancing Team Manager.
- Deal with residential conveyancing transactions, acting for both private clients and limited companies.
- Deal with different types of transactions, including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Non-statutory Lease Extensions.
- Responsible for 'signing off' files for exchange and completion.
- Act honestly and diligently and at all times abide by the relevant professional codes of conduct that may from time to time be in force.

- Location: Birkenhead, Liverpool
- Salary range (DOE): GBP25,000 to GBP35,000
- Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year (excluding Bank Holidays)
