Court Usher

Job title: Court Usher
Hours:37 hours per week
Location: Cheltenham and Gloucester (please see below as you could be required to work at different sites)
Hourly rate: GBP8.20 under 25. GBP8.72 per hour, longer temp temporary contract (approximately 24 weeks duration but this could change)

My client is a well-known government organisation based in Cheltenham & Gloucester looking to recruit multiple Court Ushers

Admin Officer responsibilities:
-Customer interaction face to face
- Managing the flow of court users (Marshalling)

Please note you could be required to travel to different sites as below:
-Cheltenham Magistrates Court, St. Georges Road, Cheltenham
-Gloucester Civil & Family Courts, Kimbrose Way, Gloucester
-Gloucester Crown Court, Longsmith Street, Gloucester
-Cirencester Magistrates Court, The Forum, Cirencester, Gloucestershire
(own transport is required)

Admin Officer desired Skills and Experience:

-Customer service
-Show and use initiative
-Able to work under pressure
