Delighted to be working with a great client who have gone through a considerable amount of positive change in the last 12 months.
This business is part of a well funded group of food manufacturing businesses and they currently have a number of new vacancies based at their site in Norfolk.
This is due to a GBP10M investment going into the site, they are currently in phase 2 of a 3 phase plan, part of this is establishing two new shifts within the production teams which is the reason for the multiple roles.
They are currently looking to employ career minded Production Supervisors/Line Supervisors to work either a permanent days or night shifts, my client has a number of roles across both within their Production Teams. I am eager to hear from people who can work either or happy with just perm days or just perm nights.
Within these Production Roles you will assist in the control of the company's production operations to ensure that all targets are met within the specified quality standards and budgets and you will be assisting with the management of the people within the department.
Ideally you will have a background in Fresh Food processing, working to tight deadlines, managing teams of 5 to 30 staff within a chilled food manufacturing business in a Production role.
