Caretaker/Martham - Full Time
Salary Scale D5 - D6, GBP19,312 - GBP 19,698 per annum

Boudica Schools Trust are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated caretaker to join our well-established sites team.
The hours for this post will be 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 10.30am- 6.30pm and 11.00am - 6.30pm Friday. Flexibility is essential to cover absence including weekend lettings when required.
This role is based within a varied and interesting working environment and we welcome applicants with experience of working in a similar environment or a caretaking role. Duties include basic building maintenance and repairs. Working knowledge of site compliance such as legionella, asbestos and facilities would be desirable.
Personal qualities are also of paramount importance, and the person appointed will be expected to display enthusiasm, good humour, flexibility and reliability.
They must also have the ability to work independently and as part of this busy team and be prepared to undergo any further training as requested by the Trust
This role covers all Boudica Schools Trust sites although will be based at Martham Academy and Nursery in the first instance
