My client is a progressive global brand with an outstanding reputation. An opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking HR Assistant to join their wider HR Team with focus on enhancing delivery. The role will be to provide HR support to their German offices for the whole employee lifecycle.
The role will entail building relationships and supporting with confidence offering advise working solely with the HR Business Partners/ You will dealing with all onboarding which will include issuing contracts of employment, pre-employment screening and dealing with the all induction process. You will manage leavers and all queries on maternity & paternity and provide advice and guidance on a variety of HR generalist subjects/ There will be a focus on dealing with employee payroll queries and working with the UK international payroll team. This role is based in their Birmingham offices but there will be some remote working using Microsoft Teams.
Applicants will be Bilingual English/German and have previous HR Administration experience.
