Bell Cornwall Recruitment are seeking HR professionals who are also German speakers for an excellent opportunity based at a global organisation - to work in their Birmingham City Centre office. The successful candidate will come from a HR Generalist background and be comfortable working in an end-to-end shared services environment, as well as have the required language skills under their belt. They will also be required to be a true team player, be great with people and have the capacity to work autonomously when required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Running pre-employment screening checks
• Creating, editing and issuing contracts of employment
• Assisting with the on boarding, induction and leavers processes
• Helping with payroll queries
• Managing a broad range of HR queries over the phone and via email
• Developing relationships with stakeholders across the business
