We are currently recruiting for an Oracle HCM Specialist for a 6 month contract in Milton Keynes. This role will require the successful candidate to hold current SC or CV Clearance due to the nature of the client.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Oracle Cloud Absence implementation experience
  • Oracle Cloud Time & Labour implementation experience
  • Demonstrable experience on designing and configuring Oracle Absence Management and Time and Labour
  • Experience working in the Public/Government sector.
  • Current SC/DV Clearance.
  • Ability to develop complex functional designs for system functionality, reports and integrations.
  • Demonstrable experience on designing and configuring Oracle Absence Management and Oracle Time & Labour based on clients wider HR needs.

Desirable Skills:

  • Good understanding of Absence and OTL Fast Formula and ability to modify where needed.
  • Knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules beneficial - Core HR and Payroll.
  • Prior experience in an Oracle Cloud environment
