A multi-disciplinary consultancy in Hertfordshire are seeking a professional and hard-working Quantity Surveyor.
The Company
Based in St Albans, the successful Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit team of 10 who work on a mix bag of retail, distribution centres, hotels, mixed use residential and restaurants.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside one of the largest asset management companies; a smaller practice who work alongside giant clients.
A company with great longevity, a good atmosphere and supportive environment.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Good pre & post contract knowledge
- Driving licence and car
- Previously worked on build projects
- Hard-working and professional character
