Customer Service Advisors (Temporary) - Dundee
Full Time Opportunities GBP8.72 per hour rising to GBP9.10 after 3 months service

Our client based in the Dryburgh Industrial Estate, are currently looking to recruit full time advisors working between 30 and 36 hours. You will be responsible for providing a first class service to customers, ensuring that customer queries are resolved on a first call or email basis. You'll be enthusiastic about building a good rapport have a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.
You will deal directly with customers via telephone, email and in writing and therefore excellent communication, listening and PC skills are essential.
You will receive full and comprehensive training within the call centre and once fully up-to speed with the role you will be required to work from home. You will be supplied with all the relevant equipment to carry out the role but candidates must have a wifi and a quiet place to work.
