*Manage a team of Digital and IT teachers; lead on the implementation of our new academies at Tamworth and Cannock and deliver some expert teaching sessions if required.
*Identify potential Curriculum growth
*Act as a key member of the leadership team
The person & qualifications
*Prior experience of managing at this level is desirable but not essential. It is essential to have a clear insight of industry digital sector growth areas, technical knowledge of programming, networking, software, big data, cloud, cyber and ubiquitous computing
