Kerr Recruitment is operating on behalf of our client, an international company, is seeking to appoint a Channel Marketing Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible Creating and delivering engaging marketing plans, allocating budgets, assess ROI, managing internal team and coordinating external agencies.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm. Additional hours might be required

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing, planning and budgeting of the allocated channel marketing fund for EMEA
  • Ensuring spend is in line with set KPI.
  • Measuring and tracking sell outs ROI and proof of execution of marketing activities.
  • Keeping track of the product listings and branded bays.
  • Creating and updating customer value-add marketing proposition and present to key customers.
  • Building relationships with the customers and key customers and leverage to build the brand.
  • Working closely with the sales team to increase market share.
  • Managing product launches, work closely with strategic marketing and business management teams.
  • Liaising and updating internal stakeholders; all marketing teams, sales BDMs and other departments.
  • Creating and executing bespoke marketing plans and campaigns aiming to increase the visibility and ensuring sell-out at our top customers.
  • Ensuring the best possible visibility of the brand and products in stores, showrooms and partner websites.
  • Setting up marketing plans to increase awareness and lead traffic to partner sites and stores.
  • Working with local merchandising agencies to ensure the branded bays are up to standard.
  • Identifying new marketing opportunities and trials; assessing new, unique marketing methods.
  • Managing, developing and motivate the team.
  • Managing relationships with various external agencies.
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate would have:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Any additional European language would be a plus
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within the IT industry
  • Minimum 2-year management experience
  • Good understanding of peripheral products
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good planning, research and analytical skills
  • Advance skills in using MS Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in budget management
  • Desire to develop new projects, ideas and programmes
  • Pro-active, responsive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership
  • Excellent at leading through change and be a good influencer/negotiator
