Sales Manager - Competitive Salary - Bournemouth
Our client, a leading business based in Bournemouth is currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their team. This is a brand new position within the business and they are looking for someone who is passionate about people. You will be managing a team of well experienced Account Managers. You will provide inspirational leadership and direction.
Duties:

  • Working closely with the Directors to develop, implement and support business wide standards, KPIs and best practice.
  • Exceed team revenue targets.
  • Forecast accurately and regularly ensuring the sales have a sustainable pipeline.
  • Day to day management of the team.
  • Leading your team to success through dedicated coaching and training.
  • Proactively encourage collaboration to achieve business goals.
  • Attract, hire and retain high performing talent.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with company procedures.


Experience Required:

  • Successful track record in a B2B sales and management role.
  • Established and effective budget preparation, reporting and forecasting skills.
  • Experience and accountability of managing a multi-million pound target.
  • Experience of performance management for both high and low performing sales people.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results driven with a customer focus.
  • Experience of presenting and influencing at a senior level.
