Senior Block Manager

One Property Recruitment, block and estate management specialists, have been instructed on a new position for a Senior Property Manager to join a growing team in south London. The portfolio for this position is mixed-tenure of 15 blocks, circa 350 units. The portfolio is all localised around South London, with the majority of the blocks based in Guildford and the surrounding areas. This position has come about due to growth of the existing portfolio. The core duties of this role are:

• Management of on-site staff
• Oversee planning and execution of day-to-day operations of your developments
• Oversee financials such as budgets and accounts, and present relevant reports to clients
• Conducting regular site inspections and overseeing maintenance issues
• Ensuring you maintain communication with key stakeholders where required through AGM's and other avenues
• Nurture and support junior team members through training and guidance on complex leasehold issues
• Attending and leading on tenders for new business

My client is a traditional firm who all get on very well - the biggest thing for them is the right person to join the team and who enjoys what they do.
