Sales Support Manager
Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be representing our client based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield who is an award-winning Specialist Finance distributor. Due to recent growth our client has a requirement for a Sales Support Manager to acts as a bridge between sales and operations.
The successful applicant will be working alongside the Group Sales and Marketing Director to help provide and summarise Management Information which measures the Sales & Marketing KPIS. This includes system generated data from 'Salesforce' and telephone call statistics
To be considered for this role you must have 2+ years' experience working within the Sale Support environment ideally within the finance industry.
Package:
?? Salary- GBP25k
?? Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5.00pm with (30 min lunch break)
?? 28 Days Holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
Responsibilities
?? Act as Sales & Marketing champion for the business.
?? Be the 'go to' person for any sales related housekeeping e.g broker registrations.
?? Support the continuous development of Salesforce system.
?? Actively work with the sales and marketing teams so data is used and interpreted intelligently.
?? Drive improvement by recommending changes.
?? Support ongoing Salesforce administration by controlling the 'Checks' which are part of the salesforce lead funnel
?? Able to take ownership and drive delivery of performance
?? Provide feedback on team, other departments, competitors, lenders and brokers
?? Identify and champion areas of improvement and training for company and team
?? Positive and encouraging attitude
?? To adhere fully to company handbook and policies
?? Reasonably anticipate, minimise and manage operational risk
Skills
?? Two years' experience within a sales support environment
?? Experience with Salesforce is beneficial but not essential.
?? Excellent numeracy and data management.
?? Good analytical skills so data can be summarised
?? Strong attention to detail
?? Proactive approach
?? Ability to work with multiple systems
?? Excellent literary
