Your new role

You will be responsible for supporting and advising customers (this is a B2C not B2B position) on the most suitable financial product / solution. Primarily a phone based role, you must create rapport whilst retaining a professional attitude. You will manages the customer through the complete sales and customer service cycle, offering advice and solutions, handling multiple accounts at any given time. You will not engage in cold calling as you will be working for CRM and inbound generated leads.

You will work in a fast paced environment, and must thrive in working to KPIs, and have the drive and determination to deliver exceptional results, whilst maintaining a real focus on customer experience.

This role is a permanent full time opportunity. The company is open 8am - 8pm Monday - Thursday (4pm finish on a Friday), and open weekends. You would work on a shift pattern across these opening hours.

What you'll need to succeed

Prior financial services sales or customer services experience is required for this role.

You must be an excellent communicator, with the ability to forge excellent rapport and develop relationships quickly. The ability to quickly analyse and react to complex problems, recommending the most suitable solutions, based on clients needs is essential in this role. Prior experience of working in a results orientated environment, working to targets and as part of a team is important for this position.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a highly competitive salary of GBP25,000 - GBP30,000. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped, and significant commission, dependant on performance. The company offer competitive holiday allowance and company pension scheme.
