A respected regional contactor based in Hampshire are searching for a motivated and skilled Senior Site Manager to join the business.

This company is privately owned and undertakes new build & refurbishment projects to both public and private sector buildings. Projects range up to GBP10 million and include D&B and traditional forms of contract.

The business has been operating for over 10 years, working across Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, East and West Sussex and they have established themselves as a real presence in the industry, solidifying themselves as a top main contractor achieving multiple awards.

Job role/criteria:

This position is for an experienced Senior Site Manager who will be responsible for:

Precise and cost effective pre-start planning of development sites.

Securing the construction of commercial projects within completed programmes and budgets.

Adhering to company safety, quality and presentation standards.

Always maintaining good relationships to uphold the reputation of the company as a whole.

Making sure Health & Safety is paramount on site.

Education and Experience

Extensive experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor.

Strong attention to detail
