The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to work as part of a thriving residential property department dealing with a high-volume caseload of files.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will get the opportunity to manage a caselaod of range of conveyancing transactions whilst receiving support from an Assistant and a high performing case management system.

What is needed for me to be considered?

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer - all experience considered
• You must have experience in managing a varied Conveyancing caseload from start to finish under minimal supervision
• The successful candidate will be capable of conducting themselves professionally and have a genuine interest in this area of Law
• You will be bright and personable and be capable of working effectively in a team who is very target driven and can provide a great level of service
