Established business based in Exeter is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

The role will see the chosen candidate providing first class administration support to a sales team. This includes handling incoming telephone calls, logging sales enquiries, filing and other general office administration.

Reporting to the director of sales there also will be functional links with : Suppliers, colleagues, end-users, customers, distributors, and business contacts.

Duties and Responsibilities:


- Provide reception services
- Logging sales enquires and providing admin support to the sales team
- Circulating qualified leads to the sales team
- Liaising with marketing department to assist with admin support for shows and exhibitions
- To work cooperatively and provide support as required for all companies in the group.
- To undertake training and assist in training other member of staff as required.
- To be a positive ambassador of the business at all times.
- To work at all times in accordance with the company's Dignity & Diversity Policy
- To undertake such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job
- To work at all times in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and to follow all
company procedures and guidelines which assist this. Whilst working at external sites, comply
with all on site health and safety procedures and guidelines applicable to that site.

The chosen candidate will be w ell organised, hold excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Be reliable, punctual and be able to structure your own schedule to meet deadlines.
