The Role:

Working for a leading vehicle hire company

Working in a sales administration team

You will support with

Offering all round Administration support

Dealing with customer documentation

Raising invoices

Chasing outstanding documents and proofs from customers

Dealing with incoming enquiries

Supporting customers and offering resolution via Telephone, Email or Post

Chasing delayed vehicles

Booking deliveries, checking and raising contracts

Skills and Attributes:

Driving licence essential unless local to Trentham

Good Standard of English and Maths

Excellent telephone manner

Computer literate

Committed

IT literate

Organised

Attention to detail

Able to multi-task

Work in a fast paced environment
