Finance Assistant - Part time - 12 Month Maternity Cover

Role Overview
A Finance Assistant is required for a leading manufacturing business on a part-time basis based near Weston-Super-Mare. A salary of up to GBP24,000 pro rata is offered, depending on experience.

This role will cover a 12-month maternity contract on a part time basis, between 20-25 hours per week.

You will responsible for the day to day bookkeeping, payroll and credit control. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and the other departments within the business too. You will raise sales invoices and purchase ledger invoices too.

Skills Required
The Finance Assistant will ideally have the following experience:

- AAT qualified
- A payroll technician qualification would be advantageous.
- Any knowledge or experience supporting HR aspects of a business.

Commute from Clevedon or Bristol

Salary / Benefits
Up to GBP24,000 pro rata + benefits

- Part time - 20-25 hours - Hours can be flexible and the business is closed on Friday afternoons.
- Maternity cover - 12 months
