Outbound Sales Adviser

Role: Outbound Sales Advisers

Salary: GBP18,173 + Bonus.

Location: Derby

Hours: Between 10am - 8pm Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm Saturday & Sundays.

Contract: Permanent Full Time.

About you:

We are looking for driven candidates who would like to take the next step in their career working for a well known company. Ideally you will have the below experience.

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous sales experience (or working towards targets)
• Confident to open up a conversation with customers
• Able to spot an opportunity and turn a negative into a positive
• Resilient

About the role:

You will be part of a successful sales team operating on winning customers back, calling potential customers and existing customers to explain about additional products and services. These are target driven roles so you must have a desire to succeed and want to be successful.

Hours:

• 40 hours per week.
• Between 10am and 8pm Monday - Friday and between 10am and 6pm over the weekends.
• All candidates have to be fully flexible between these hours.

Salary:

• GBP18,137 per annum (GBP8.72 per hour), with fortnightly pay
• Generous bonus packages available on top.
• Bonuses between GBP300 per month, to over GBP1200 a month

Location: Pride Park, Derby. There is parking on site, but it can be limited. Lots of public transport links, close to the main train station in Derby and lots of bus stops / routes that run by.
