Recruitment Manager

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing business in their search for a Recruitment Manager based in Cheltenham. Permanent role with a salary of up to GBP40k.

The role will be accountable for day to day recruitment providing an efficient recruitment service to the business in addition to managing small recruitment support function.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

??Take full responsibility's for any hires across the business.
??Manage vacant roles within the business using direct sourcing materials such as job boards and networking.
??Creating a talent pool for existing and future opportunities within the business.
??Taking a lead on any adhoc recruitment projects.

We are looking for:

??A proven background in Recruitment with experience of recruiting all level roles internally.
??Experience of direct sourcing for roles.
??Management experience.
??Strong communicator with solid written and verbal communication skills.
