Sales Team Leader

We are currently working with one of our very reputable clients who now needs to enhance their team with a sales team leader. This person needs to be able to lead a growing team and beable to demonstrate and deliver the expectations they are given. Day to day the folowing duties will be required.

On the phones booking customer appointments, scheduling meetings and booking engineers.

Updating systems and booking information.

Coaching sales staff in order to get the best results.

Motivating the team,keeping them upbeat and positive, demosntrating a can-do attitude at all times.

Good IT skills.

Able to produce reports for the immediate line manager.

Be-able to break team targets down to give indiviudals the expectation they need to succeed.

This team will grow, so we need someone who is hands on, but can do all of the above and work with the senior manager to get a growing team in place.

Monday - Friday - initial hours are 08.30am - 5.00pm. This may change slightly to reflect the needs of the buisness.
