We're working with a reputable multi-service firm, who represent both individuals and businesses. Our client has been established for over 3 decades, and continues to hold multiple notable titles and accreditations without losing their local-feel.

Despite the current climate, an opportunity is available for a dedicated Commercial Property expert who is enthusiastic about a future in a progressive firm that champions professional growth. Typical duties will include:

?? Carry out unsupervised fee earning work to a high standard

?? Develop new relationships with referrers and contribute to future growth

?? Build on existing relationships with the firm's client base

?? Bring particular Landlord and Tennant experience to the firm

?? Handle secured lender, occupier and investor matters

?? Work alongside colleagues on projects

Candidates must have a strong academic background as well as considerable Commercial Property experience, more specifically Landlord and Tennant expertise. The ideal candidate will have excellent client facing skills as well as a keen interest to market and network.
