I am currently working with an excellent public sector organisation who are looking to recruit content creators on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for creative professionals to join their organisation as they embark on an exciting new project.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be playing an important part in the launch of a new app, creating short bursts of engaging content designed for families with younger children. Main tasks for this role will include, writing copy, shooting and editing images, creating and editing audio and video, creating quizzes and interactive challenges and managing content supply.

You will be reporting into the Marketing Manager for the execution of this project as well as supporting the wider Marketing team.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an intuitive storyteller, with a creative flair to create remarkable user experiences. You will have an exceptional eye for detail and be able to edit copy using multiple tones-of-voice. You will have strong sub-editing and writing skills and be able to know when to use a light touch, and when to apply the red pen. The ideal candidate will be a confident and strong communicator and able to share exciting and creative ideas, but also to liaise with the wider team.

This role would be extremely attractive to recent graduates and would suit somebody who has experience editing copy for a digital platform - ideally for an app. Ideally, you will have CMS experience and have knowledge of content and copyright permissions. Due to the nature of this role, the ideal candidate will be available at a short notice. This role represents an excellent opportunity for somebody looking for additional work on a temporary, ad-hoc basis.
