We are seeking professional, ambitious, career minded individuals to join our clients team in Loughborough.
The successful candidates will:
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, an enthusiastic sales ability and work in a fast paced environment
• Deal confidently with clients face to face and over the telephone
• Be self-motivated and be highly driven individuals
Ideally, you will have a good standard of general education with a background in either insurance or sales, banking or finance. Full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications (Certificate in Insurance, CII, obtained ideally within 12 months).
If you takes the initiative, our clients policy of internal development will ensure that there is plenty of scope to progress.
Our client have ambitious growth plans, so prospects for career progression are very good and the contribution individuals make will be fully acknowledged and rewarded.
Please note this isn't a commission based role. Saturday work is required.
