Our Clients are a residential block management company who are seeking a professional Service Charge Accountant with previous property management accounting experience and current legislation knowledge. Duties will include preparing income and expenditure reports and associated documents to be sent to external accountant for preparation of service charge accounts, assisting the Property Manager with budget reviews, raising service charge demands, assisting with annual audits, the collection of arrears, preparing client reports, bank reconciliations, setting up new properties on the system and ad hoc projects within the Accounts team.
The ideal candidate will have previous block management experience, knowledge of Qube, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to forge good relations with clients from all levels, previous Service Charge experience, and a recognised accounting qualification is beneficial...... click apply for full job details
