ST&R Ltd and iReview are a well-established and ever-growing business who are looking to expand their team. If successful, you will be joining a small, family feel team of 30 agents who are all of different ages background and experience as a Call Centre Sales Advisor.

There are development opportunities available all you need is to be positive, driven and hard working with a passion for the business, then we will provide you with the rest. Experience is not necessary; over the years we have developed some of the best agents from scratch, who have progressed through to senior roles within the business.

Full training will be given, both theory and practical to help develop your skills and to fully prepare you before you start on the floor.

Call Centre Sales Advisor job requirements:

• Ability to clearly communicate with both potential clients and colleagues
• Generate good quality leads
• Capable of objection handling (full training is given)
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to pitch multiple products
• To be highly motivated, resilient and target driven
• A strong team player
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to show empathy and build rapport
• Target and money orientated
