Bridge Recruitment are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE based in their Chelmsford office. This role is a great opportunity to join a busy forward thinking team and a chance for progress within the company.

?? Working with clients such as national and international investors, trusts, pension funds, trading companies, local authorities and healthcare providers.
?? Providing a quality and tailored legal service to a range of clients.
?? Advising on the acquisition and disposal of land and property.
?? Preparing leases, lease extensions, renewals licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documents.
?? Achieving the firms fee target and assisting the team to do so.
?? Identifying opportunity for cross referrals to other department.
